I thought I should share my family and friends with you, as they are my life. I love each and every one of them and don't know where I would be without them!
Firstly there are my two beautiful daughter, Mia 16 and Gracie 10. They are the lights of my life and I love them all the world. Its been a rough ride at times, I'm sure any parents of girls will empathize, but they are mine and I love them!
Next up is my hubby, Nick. I met Nick 6 years ago while I was out on a hen do. And I remember right at the start of the evening I said to my friend Jemma, the bride, that I wasn't interested in speaking to any men. I had had enough of them at this point! Ha! A few hours later Nick bought me a drink and the rest, as they say, is history! We got married last year in the Dominican Republic at The Royalton Hotel & Spa in Punta Cana. He does the best job looking after us all and I am so happy we found each other.
My little baby of course, how could I forget him? Rocco our Rhodesian Ridgeback. He is the most beautiful dog in the world, obvs! We got him as a rescue puppy when he was just a couple of months old from Dikkie DooLittles Animal Rescue in Amersham. He has been pretty hard work at times, especially when he was tiny and had a dodgy tummy every time he ate! He is worth every difficult minute though, it is so rewarding to see what an amazing dog he is now. He's 2.5 years old now and so loving and him and Gracie are best buds its so cute.
Then there is my amazing generous sister, Sarah. She is one the best people I know, and has a heart of gold. She would genuinely do anything for anyone. She and my brother-in-law Marc and my nephew Marc live just a few minutes away and my niece Caitlin lives in Kent.
My brilliant aunt and uncle, Gill and Graham, are close by too.
Last but definitely not least are my close group of girl friends. There are 9 of us in our group and it is really hard to get together very often with all of us being able to make it. We do live pretty close, except 2 of them who live in Kent, but with jobs, families and life in the way it takes a lot of planning! I met Donna on my first day of secondary school when, embarrassingly, I had to ask to borrow a pen! 17 years later we are still best of friends. I also met Kirsty, Nicola and Kim at the same school. Then Nicola, Louise, Bekki and Carly when we were college age. I love these girls so much, we have just been through everything together and I cannot wait to carry on this amazing friendship we all have for the rest of our lives.
There are of course many other friends but I can't keep your attention forever! But I do love every one of them x
